Pongal Celebrations

“With great cheerfulness, zeal and the brightest rays of joy and hope, I wish you and your family a very happy and prosperous Pongal. Pride and festive cheer marked the virtual Pongal celebration held at Ameya World school Visakhapatnam. The virtual Pongal background screens of the students were filled with cultural aura. The school organized a plethora of programmes for the students. The pre-schoolers did various Aesthetic Activities  whereas other classes went virtually. The celebrations started with a graceful Bharatanatyam followed by Popular folk songs & dances which added excitement amongst the students.

Ms.P Aruna Principal addressed the students by sharing her message  and evoked the spirit of Pongal . Students learnt that these festivals are sacred moments that help everyone to establish love.
