Hindi Diwas

“HINDI HAMAARI SHAAN HAI; DESH KA ABHIMAAN HAI”

Language and culture of any country plays an important role in making people-to connect with the other people and helps in making a strong nation. Hindi is a language of love, togetherness and brotherhood. HINDI DIWAS is celebrated on 14 September with great pride and vigor as Hindi was adopted as the official language of our nation, India in 1949. To pay tribute and to mark the importance of the country’s most widely spoken language, Ameya World School, celebrated Hindi Diwas in the second week of September 2022.

Special assembly was held where in students were encouraged to recite Gayatri Mantra along with the Hindi prayer. Thought of the day was also explained in the same language and it was followed by a talk on the importance of Hindi language.

Children mesmerized everyone by their jubilant and humorous poems. They enthralled their teachers and friends with their articulation and memory skills while reciting rhymes.

Teachers encouraged the students to use Hindi in their daily life without any hesitation and respect their national language.

Thank you

Team Ameya
